Harvest Moon Fruit Pie Thanksgiving Eve Pickup 11/27 Only

Harvest Moon Fruit Pie is my signature pie, and a family tradition- the one I share with my friends every holiday season, and now I'm sharing it with you!  This pie is a delightful twist on apple pie, but more rich and complex in Flavor.  But I'm one person, so quantity is very limited.

This 8" pie in an eco friendly, paper pie pan (no foil taste, please!), is full to the top, as high as I can go, with sliced sweet-tart Honey Crisp apples, ground cranberries for tart and texture, finely ground, dried apricots for a complex, sweet, depth of flavor, and a bit of fresh orange zest.  Rich Fall spices of Cinnamon and Nutmeg are the perfect accompaniments for a win on the palette.  Wrap them in a light, flaky, double crust, and my friends, you will be in Heaven.

I usually savor my first piece on Thanksgiving morning with my first cup of coffee!
