Refund policy
We want you to love our products.
We understand from time to time there may be an issue with your order. To be eligible for a return and a full refund, you must notify me the day of your bakery pick up that you are not satisfied with the baked goods you received. You must return the product to me for a full refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@biggirlpantsshop.com. Please note that items will need to be returned to the following address: Big Girl Pants Bake Shop, 723 North Crestline Street, Spokane WA, 99202 within 1 day of your return request to be considered for a refund. If your return is not received within 1 day of the date of your request for return, we will assume the item is no longer being returned and we will be under no obligation to refund the return, and the matter will be closed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, an item is missing, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
There are no exchanges.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@biggirlpantsshop.com.
