Indulge in the authentic taste of our handcrafted small batch focaccia bread, baked to perfection and available for pickup Saturday afternoon, March 1st from 3-4 pm. Each loaf is a celebration of traditional Italian baking, made with high quality ingredients and a whole lot of love.
Our focaccia features a golden, crispy crust that gives way to a soft, airy interior, infused with aromatic olive oil and a hint of sea salt. Topped simply with an herb blend, or with parmesan and herbs, this versatile bread is perfect for sandwiches, dipping in your favorite olive oil, or simply enjoying on its own.
Loaves available in three sizes: family size 9x13 pan, moderate size 8" square or individual 6" round.

When: Saturday afternoon from 3-4 pm
Where: 1009 W. Carlisle Avenue, Spokane WA 99205 - on the north side of the Chic and Shab building on North Monroe. Think hidden gem/prohibition like kitchen.
