Beginner Cinnamon Roll Workshop

If you've thought homemade cinnamon rolls take all day - think again!  In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn my go-to quick dough recipe that goes from mixing bowl to warm, frosted rolls in under an hour!  Yep, you read that right- no long rises, no fuss, just soft, fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth cinnamon rolls that come together fast.

This class is perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to master a reliable, time-saving recipe that actually delivers. You'll walk away with confidence, a batch of delicious rolls you made yourself, and a new baking rhythm that fits right into real life.

• Dough and shaping skills you can repeat again and again. We'll go through the basics: combining ingredients, mixing and kneading dough, (I promise, this is easy), rolling, proofing and cutting, fillings and glazes, and baking.

What to bring with you to class: 

• Apron (optional)
• Favorite drink or snack to enjoy during the class (optional).

Plan to spend the 2 hour class time standing at a large kitchen island. I do have stools available for sitting for those who need them.

LATE POLICY

We begin workshops at the scheduled start time.  If you arrive late, you will have missed key components of the class and we will not be able to bring you up to speed without taking away from the other participant's experience.  Please arrive on time so you get the most from the workshop.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We know life happens and sometimes plans change.  If you need to cancel, please do so by email at info@biggirlpantsshop.com 5 days prior to your scheduled class to allow us the opportunity to fill your spot and offer you a refund.  If you do not cancel 5 days or more prior to class, you will not be offered a refund and will lose your payment for the class.
