Ready to fall in love with the easiest bread you'll ever bake? This beginner focaccia workshop walks you through every step of the process-from mixing your dough to stretching, folding, dimpling, and finally baking a gorgeous loaf you'll take home fresh from the oven. Bonus: you'll also have dough to take home so you'll repeat the process of shaping, transferring to the baking pan, dimpling and topping, and finally baking your bread at home the next day, for added practice.
In this 100% hands on class, you'll learn the rhythms and feel of the dough so you can recreate it confidently in your own kitchen. We'll talk technique, timing, and texture so you leave knowing exactly how to make this beautiful bread again and again-whether it's for your family, your holiday table, or a thoughtful homemade gift.
To enhance the experience even further, we'll enjoy some Focaccia tasting!
If you've been wanting to try bread-making but didn't know where to start, this workshop is the perfect introduction. Come learn, taste, bake, and head home with a warm loaf, and your own dough to finish and bake the next day, and the know-how to make many more.
What's included:
- About 2 hours of guided instruction- learn by doing, with real-time support and helpful tips.
- Recipe Packet + Step by Step instructions- So you can recreate your new favorite bread at home.
- FAQ's & Troubleshooting Guide- Because dough has questions, and now you'll have answers.
- A 6"round, baked loaf ready to devour- no judgment here.
- Your dough from class for a 8" square loaf- with instructions and know-how to finish at home.

We begin workshops at the scheduled start time. Please arrive for class somewhere between 5 and 15 minutes prior to class starting. Any earlier and we're simply not ready for you, but if you arrive late, you will have missed key components of the class and we will not be able to bring you up to speed without taking away from the other participant's experience.
