My mantra as I faced a big number birthday was that I was putting on my "big girl pants" as a new decade approached.
A lot of "big girl pants" opportunities presented themselves after I suffered a heart attack at 52 years old!
Life is a gift, but full of hard things, and as adult women we put on our "big girl pants" and face them head on. I want to inspire others to do the same, so I claimed the name Big Girl Pants for my biz!
Sharing a fresh baked roll on a cozy morning with the ones we love does more than fill our belly, it brings us joy and connection and reminds us that our journey is better surrounded by the people we love and simple pleasures.
